San Francisco Nevería & Paleteria is a locally owned ice cream shop located in the heart of Kalamazoo,
Michigan. Established in 2023, we are inspired by the traditional ice cream making techniques of
Michoacán, Mexico, a region renowned for its rich frozen dessert heritage. Our ice cream and paletas are
crafted using premium ingredients, bold natural flavors, and a thoughtful, artisanal touch that sets us
apart while remaining approachable and welcoming. In addition to our frozen treats, we offer a selection
of authentic Mexican street-style favorites, and many antojitos/snacks. Rooted in flavor, quality, and
